Temporary Position - Chef

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and versatile chef. The position would entail spending time at each of our camps and lodge, working with the cooks, adding to their repertoire and instructing on new techniques and ideas.

The task would suit a recently qualified chef looking for some adventure,
before embarking on a career; a newly retired chef with plenty of energy; or anyone wanting a break from their current job.

We pride ourselves on using local produce wherever possible and
providing our guests with tasty, well prepared food.

The minimum time required would be 3 months, starting as soon as possible.
